CUTS       WHOLE LOTTA ROSIE, HELL AIN'T A BAD PLACE TO BE

VINYL CONDITION   EXCELLANT.  I DON'T SEE ANY FLAWS IN THE VINYL ITSELF.  THERE IS A BLACK MARK ON THE LABEL ON SIDE 2 ON THE RECORD NUMBER. 

SLEEVE CONDITION   Fair to good.  Stain in corner and somebody smoked SOMETHING because there is a faint odor to the paper. the paper cover has some crinkles, 2 dog ears, but is in overall good to very good condition.  It does have the price label on it. This includes the insert with the lyrics on the back.
