AC/DC: Back In Black LP
Purchased by me on its release Back in 1980 and very well looked after in my personal record collection ever since. The LP remains in lovely condition for 39 years old with only very minimal edge wear from storage and a sharp, fully readable spine. Not seen many Back In Black sleeves in this good condition. The outer and inner sleeves have only light handling wear, but no seam splits or biro damage. The vinyl has been kept in a polylined sleeve to reduce static and protect the vinyl from getting scratched when removing it from the card inner sleeve. It will be supplied with this as well as the printed inner sleeve photographed. The vinyl has a few very light marks on each side, but nothing feelable and that affects the sound. I have just wet cleaned it in my professional record cleaning machine with the award winning L’Art Du Son cleaning fluid so it is now totally free from static and in the best possible condition for the next owner to enjoy. Following the clean I have test played both sides all the way through on my Project Debut Carbon fitted with an Ortofon 2M Blue stylus. It sits perfectly flat on the deck and plays through beautifully with only minimal warm vinyl crackle noticeable on the run ins and between a couple of tracks. Sounds awesome.... really dynamic and a much warmer analogue sound than the recent vinyl reissues sources from remastered digital files. No skipping, sticking or jumping and only the odd crackle, no annoying loud clicks and pops.
