Description
This is the very hard to find 1976 first Australian pressing of AC/DC’s seminal LP, Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap, with the vinyl itself in near perfect condition. Albert Records APLP-020.
Also included is the super rare and COMPLETE insert. The insert offered buyers the chance to mail off $3 for a souvenir AC/DC song book (not included). The insert itself is in excellent condition, and is crisp with no rips or tears.
Very few of these inserts have survived because most buyers did the logical thing and cut off the bottom section and mailed it off to get the song book.
Together, this record and insert have gone for more than $350 on eBay in the past.
The cover is in excellent condition and only the barest ring wear. The corners are good but there is a one centimetre rip in the cover near the bottom which is quite difficult to see.
I played the record for the first time in probably 20 years and found that it played flawlessly. No skips or jumps. The vinyl looks to have that day one gloss.
The labels are the original blue and yellow kangaroo Albert labels, and are in perfect shape except for the smallest possible marks around the hole on the A-side. As close to mint as you’ll find.

I am happy to ship this record worldwide and would recommend registered post. The cost will vary depending on your location but I guarantee to keep postage and packing costs to a minimum. I would imagine that it would cost about $10 to anywhere in Australia and between $15 and $20 for elsewhere.
