Description

🔥 AC/DC – For Those About To Rock (We Salute You) Original 1981 U.S. Promotional LP – Atlantic SD 11111 🔥

Allied pressing • Masterdisk / Bob Ludwig cut • Gatefold

Original U.S. promo copy of AC/DC’s first No. 1 album. Not a later reissue.

This is the real radio/promo issue:

• Original Atlantic “LICENSED FOR PROMOTION ONLY — SALE IS UNLAWFUL” sticker on the front

• Gold promo stamp + serial A 041263 on the back

• Catalog SD 11111

• Labels: tan Atlantic with ST-A-814831 AR / ST-A-814832 AR

• Deadwax: MASTERDISK + circled EDP (Europadisk metalwork)

Gatefold jacket with the classic cannon cover and the live concert inner spread (Angus, Brian, Malcolm, Cliff, Phil). Produced by Mutt Lange.

Condition

• Vinyl: EX to NM play grade. Glossy, clean labels. Plays strong with excellent dynamics. Minor cosmetic marks only seen under bright light — no skips, no loud ticks. Sounds awesome!

• Cover: VG. Visible wear and a crease at the top-right front corner. Promo sticker intact. Back stamp and serial clear. Gatefold photo is solid. No splits.

Why Promo copies of this title are scarcer than stock first pressings? Collectors want the sticker, the gold stamp, the AR / Masterdisk / EDP combination, and a copy that actually plays well. This one checks those boxes.

Will be shipped through USPS media mail within 24 hours of purchase. Feel free to ask any questions. Thanks for looking!
