AC/DC’s very first picture sleeve 7” vinyl single issued in the UK was released in 1976 (Atlantic K10860). “High Voltage” with the ‘B side of “Live Wire” from their then new album “High Voltage” which was a compilation of their first two Australian only releases “High Voltage” and “T.N.T.” from the previous year. The front of the unique picture sleeve is a black & white version of the “High Voltage” album cover with the words “New Single” written across the lightning bolt. The back of the sleeve features an advertisement for the UK version of the “High Voltage” album as well as a UK tour advertisement and a box indicating “Watch this spot for their new album “Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap”. This picture sleeve single is now extremely rare and valuable to collectors.

On 13-Sep-12 at 20:09:34 BST, seller added the following information:i have had a couple of emails asking if the sleeve is completly balck and white, i have examined it and the lightning bolt and the ac/dc logo have a yellow/grey tinge. i believe that maybe someone has coloured over these areas and it has faded gradually over time, i did not notice at all until someone emailed to tell me it should be completely black and white. i certainly do not want to mislead any one intent on bidding. you can see in the pictures where this shading is. i would therefore say the sleeve is in good condition. any questions please ask.
