Description
I got few original SOUTH AFRICAN pressing records from a friend and selling them . Here we have ACDC - LET THERE BE ROCK LP. This appears to be an original SOUTH AFRICAN pressing on ATLANTIC RECORDS from 1977,The catalogue number is ATC 9671 and its was manufactured by TEAL RECORD COMPANY ( who manufactured and distributed in SOUTH AFRICA ). This has White labels which are totally different to the stock copies which had RED and Black Atlantic labels.The record sleeve is soft Matt Card and still has the original shop sticker on the back that sold it - which I believe was in Durban .The record was play tested on a LINN AXIS turntable and played EX although I'm grading conservatively as VG , the sleeve has some creases ( hardly surprising as its 43 years old ) so still VG condition Matrix Numbrs are ATC 9671 A /1 and ATC 9671 B/1 . This version isn't mentioned on discogs of 265 versions of this releases discography. I have been told this is probably from ZIMBABWE by an ACDC Collector.
