Description
AC/DC ?– T.N.T.
Rare and highly sought after, misprinted Blue Roo Australian First issue, in magnificent condition.
The very earliest pressing of TNT, with a misprinted track listing on the back of the sleeve, corrected with a sticker with the correct track list.
Only the very earliest issues came with this error, as it was rectified very soon after release.
Very few of these survive today, and never in this sort of condition.
The sleeve is in Excellent condition - The best one of these misprinted sleeves that I have ever seen, or sold.
The sticker on the back is perfect, clean and sharp.
The inside of the Gatefold sleeve is very bright White, but there are a couple of tiny black spots, there is also a touch of wear to the front, bottom right corner - see pics
The vinyl record is Near Mint, and these are the very earliest pressings, identifiable only by the misprinted sleeve.
Plays with exceptional audio quality.
The labels are Near Mint - see pics
A top collectors item, the ultimate AC/DC - T.N.T. issue, in Near Mint condition.
I do have another one of these misprints currently listed, (purchased from the same source as this one) but the previous owner ripped the cover when retrieving the records from wherever he stored them, so the rips are very recent :(
(no repairs attempted, but the surfaces marry up well, and a good quality repair is possible. The record is also very nice, but nowhere near as nice as the one in this listing.
Both issues were pre-ordered through the AC/DC Fan Club, by the previous owner, and his Brother in 1976.
All Pre-orders had the misprinted sleeve. (I can remember my friends eldest Brother getting his one from the AC/DC Fan Club when I was 10 - an odd memory for a 10 year old, but for some reason it stuck)

A few words about condition.

GRADING
Mint is a Rigid Band - The next Four Grades are all Narrow Bands, that slightly widen as the condition gradually deteriorates - Good is still Good, but there is a rapid widening of the Grade Bands, as the condition deteriorates over the last Four grades.

The record shows signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality.

This is an above average used record, that has been well looked after.
GOOD
56 to 68
The record has been played so much that the sound quality has deteriorated, but the record will still play through, and it will not be a completely unpleasant listening experience, even at the bottom of this grade (56).
The cover and contents may suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
FAIR
41 to 55
The record is still playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even stick, skip or jump.. This is starting to be an unpleasant listening experience at the top of the grade (55) and will not be a pleasant listening experience at all by the end of it (41).
The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
POOR
25 to 40
The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc.
