You are bidding on an original, first press, stereo, nine track, import, black vinyl LP by Achrosticon titled “Engraved in Black” on the Modern Primitive Records label from 1993. Item number PRIM 2. ISBN 5-020522-030212.

This item is in very nice, clean condition, but please read condition description below. This item is from my personal collection.

The vinyl is between VG (very good) and VG+ (very good +) condition. The vinyl is still bright and shiny, but I can see some minor hairline marks on both playable faces under an incandescent light source. None of these marks can be felt by touch. Both center labels are clean with no spindle marks.

I play tested this album and my cartridge tracked through all songs with no problems. Playback was smooth with very little surface noise. It still sounds great after all these years. Achrosticon reminds me of very early Paradise Lost at times.

The outer cover is closer to NM- (near mint minus). It is fully intact with no seam splitting, tears or liquid damage. It has retained its shiny, lustrous appearance with no scuffing or wear. It has one slight corner bend in the lower left hand corner of the cover. If you didn’t know it was there, you probably wouldn’t even notice it.

This is an early death metal band and this album has been out-of-print for many years. For fans of old Paradise Lost, Autopsy and early death metal in general.
