condition.
look at the item description, i sell mainly new other items, ex display so please expect wear and tear and damage. this will be shown in as many pictures as i can. unless stated otherwise this item will have damages to it, these are mostly the packaging. do not expect it to be fully functional, as i mainly sell damaged and used items. this item has a condition rating of one out of ten. one being the lowest i can assign to it, where as ten is perfect. this item has the following damage..tatty box
communication.
please communicate with me, via the eBay message system with all questions you have. do nto ask questions as a way of avoiding reading the listing, or circumventing the text in the listing. this is finite, and i shall not be coerced into deviating from the original item description with the eBay message system.  i am not an expert on everything i sell so please allow me to answer as best i can. please allow me time to respond too. (IE try not to ask a questions and get a response with 2 minutes left on a listing, when it has been live for days!) i try to respond as soon as i can and i do respond to your questions, so if you have a question ask before bidding, making an offer or hitting the buy it now. questions raised  thereafter might not be answered, as you commitment to buy has already been made.
dispatch time
after you have bought the item please pay for it asap, if you don't pay it will automatically turn into an unpaid item case.  i often allow myself up to 15 days after payment has been made to post the item. this allows time to get the right size box etc. but if it is required quicker, then again please let me know. i will try to get it out sooner than 15 days. if i do please let this reflect in the dispatch time DSR score ALL ITEMS WILL BE SENT WITH TRACKING NUMBERS.
Making An Offer When an offer is made it must be followed through. Only proceed if you are 100% sure you want to go ahead with it.  Bear in mind that it may take up to 48hrs for an offer to be accepted. If other people have access to your account  this is your responsibility and risk, and "my child did it without me knowing" is not an acceptable reason to cancel  an offer. Only in rare circumstances will the request to cancel an offer be accepted. Bear in mind that if an item has  a lot of watchers on it, when a buyer accepts an offer, they then lose all these other potential buyers as it will have  a different item number if / when it is relisted. Failure to follow through on an offer is likely to end in an unpaid  item for the buyer which could alter their standing on eBay. You cannot leave feedback on an item  which is subject to a resolution issue. if for some reason your offer isn’t accepted, then just accept that i do not accept your offer. if you are brand new to eBay, or  have feedback less then ten then you accept i reserve the right to cancel your bid or offer and block you from future purchases. I have buyer requirements for a reason.

RETURNS
in short and in 99% of cases no. photo proof required. i insist that the item is returned at the cost of the buyer with full tracking and insurance. there is a difference between item as described and item as expected. please use the photos and description as well as your ability to ask and inquire about the item to manage your own expectations. the item sent will be the item shown, unless explicitly stated in the listing. i will not allow a return on a change of mind or if you thought it was a different size or colour. Part refunds. No id rather have the item back. Do not ask for them to avoid disappointment.
Security
all items will be sent with valid tracking numbers, which will at my discretion be added to the listing i reserve the right to inform eBay of unusual buyer behavior as well as the local authorities. security photos will be taken of serial numbers, if available, as well as unique defects of the item. items will not be allowed to be left in 'safe' places, by couriers or with neighbors. it is to the address you have registered with eBay and no other. Undelivered items will be returned to me.
P&P
what does this mean? the first p is postage, IE the amount i pay the postman or courier. the second is packaging. the box, packet tape, bubble wrap soft packaging, labels, printer ink, time and effort etc .i do not make money from packaging. do not ask me to alter the postal method for a more economical one as then there is no tracking. do not dictate to me how  you wish the item to be wrapped. i work for myself and not for you. the domestic P&P quoted on this listing is for UK mainland non extremity only. if you are in the uk extremities or non mainland based, please contact me prior as the revised price might be much higher. rest of the world, please contact me with your location for a more accurate quote. if your item is not collected or delivered on free P&P then do not expect i will send it out again for 'free' additional shipping will always be at the cost of the buyer.
Combined postage. i try to do this as much as i can.  if you want to buy a lot from me please ask in advance as there is only so much i can combine in one box!
conclusions i try hard to make everyone's satisfaction and i am a reasonable person. please treat me with the same respect as you wish to be treated.  Remember I aim to be the cheapest on eBay. If you want perfect don’t buy from me. If you want a bargain then do buy from me. I do leave good feedback on purchases and expect it in return. Don’t try to weaponise your feedback against me.
