AL JONES - ALUN ASHWORTH JONES
PARLOPHONE LABEL 1969 ORIGINAL BLACK & YELLOW STEREO UK PRESSING WITH GARROD & LOFTHOUSE FRONT LAMINATED FLIP BACK SINGLE SLEEVE & COMPANY INNER, IN NEAR EXCELLENT CONDITION.

If you are reading this you will know that is is a very rare album that very seldom turns up these days.
Released in 1969 on the black & yellow Parlophone label, I am offering here today this original first & only UK pressing of this classic acid folk album by AL JONES titled " ALUN ASHWORTH JONES" The album shows some light scuffs and scratches but plays through without any problems with very enjoyable audio. A very rare album that seldom gets offered for sale and only the second copy to be offered on Ebay this year.
The album comes complete with Garrod & Lofthouse front laminated flip back single sleeve which is in clean condition. showing some creasing to the front and some wear to the corners but no stickers splits or unwanted writing etc and the spine is fully legible.
I have just played this through for these listing purposes and apart from it being a very enjoyable listen, I am pleased to say that it plays well, There was some light crackle on occasion otherwise absolutely no sticks or skips etc, you should not be disappointed.
The VINYL, The Vinyl visually shows some light scuffs but I have just played this through and audibly it plays excellent. A nice player with absolutely no nasty sticks or skips etc.
The SLEEVE, The Garrod & Lofthouse front laminated flip back single sleeve is in very good condition with fully legible spine text but there is some creasing to the front panel and wear to the corners, otherwise no stickers splits or unwanted writing etc and the spine is fully legible.
The LABELS, The first issue black & yellow Parlophone labels are clean, They show a handful spindle traces indicating that this has not been over played. Needless to say they are free from unwanted writing or stickers etc.
The INNER, The original Emi purple and white advertising inner is clean and free from unwanted writing or splits etc.
I try to be accurate in my grading as I know what its like to buy miss graded items but won't insult you by writing song lyrics etc. If you feel I have not described this correctly I am happy to refund you providing I receive the item back in the same condition as it leaves me, But I can only refund one lot of postage,
