Description

Up for sale is a rare and long out of print copy of the Al Stewart - Year of the Cat  LP , MFSL Original Master Recording . Vinyl is NM, beautiful and glossy! Cover is VG+. This copy is even more unique because it wasautographed by Al Stewart. It even includes the ticket stubs from his intimate performance at the famous McCabe's Guitar Shop in Santa Monica. A true gem! You'll be hard pressed to find another like it!

Half-Speed mastering by Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab (MoFi or MFSL) and pressed by The Victor Company of Japan (JVC) on virgin, 180 gram SuperVinyl. If you haven't heard this particular Japanese vinyl, then you're in for a treat. It's dead quiet! Supervinyl remains a proprietary JVC technology, but in the late 1980s JVC stopped production of this product and has declined to license it to other manufacturers, including MFSL.

I'm using the Goldmine grading standard and this this will be carefully packed in the typical heavy cardboard, 12" record mailers.
