Description
ALEX HARVEY & His Soul Band (1964 Polydor NH52264) Rare PIC SLEEVE! I Just Wanna Make Love To You / Let The Good Times Roll (German)
52 YEARS OLD - Incredibly Rare 7" Picture Sleeve Single by Alex Harvey & His Soul Band.
Label has some German text but same catalogue number as UK release.
Almost impossible to find with a picture sleeve that is UNPLAYED!.
Originally bought in the Thames Television Archive Sale over 24 years ago when the network lost their franchise and sold off their entire vinyl collection over two days, and luckily managed to scoop up all of Alex's early 45's.
Like most records in that archive, they were originally sent by the label to the tv station as promos and stored in the library and forgotten about.
The record has probably only been played once or twice and is therefore in almost MINT condition. Cover is a nice Picture Sleeve in Excellent condition.
Starting Price reflects the condition and rarity.
