Description
Please note: I have placed this record in the "Psychedelic" section because although it is NOT at all of that ilk it might be of interest to avid Record Collectors who peruse that section!
ALEX SANDERS LP "A WITCH IS BORN". Issued and shortly withdrawn by A&M in the UK in 1970, Cat No. AMLS984. Gatefold sleeve is in VERY GOOD+ condition - has slight edge wear and some ringwear to rear. When released a sticker prevented the gatefold being opened "RECORD SUITABLE FOR ADULTS ONLY" but this has now been opened although sticker is present front and back. The vinyl is in EXCELLENT condition - has hardly been played if at all, it looked unplayed, no spindle marks, but I played it to make sure it wasn't faulty and it has a couple of dust pops but nothing else - still looks glossy and clean. Labels are very clean. The record itself is a recording of the Initiation of a New Witch with commentary and a classical music background (sounds a bit like Wagner but I'm not sure).
All records and CDs are thoroughly played to assess condition in addition to a visual inspection.
Cost of postage quoted includes first class within UK, or Small Packet Airmail Overseas. Records are sent in new mailing envelopes with vinyl separated from cover. Where necessary plain inner sleeves are provided to prevent special printed inner sleeves from splitting in transit. Cardboard stiffeners are used along with a PVC sleeve. I collect records too so realise the importance in careful packaging.
