LOVE ROCK / GOING TO HAWAI ... 7-inch, 45rpm OST single by ALFONSO ZENGA vocals by I PEPPER music written by DON POWELL. Original Italian promo pressing on the CAM label (AMP 182), from 1976. Italian sexploitation 7inch featuring the killer groovy funk rock / heavy congas and B-boy drum breaks of LOVE ROCK with cool lead vocals sung in English by I Pepper. Great for DJs with that west coast, LA cocaine cowboy / hippie rock / Biker exploitation soundtrack cum Doobie Bros style vocal delivery. Stoned funky rhythms with lots of fender rhodes / basslines and psychedelic guitar solo too. Great for DJs with booming production sound. Comped on IL Dramma 01 - A Soul Thing by Disques Dessinee in Japan. Our soundclip opens with a long section of funky beats with sexy moans and giggles (think Armando Trovajoli - Sesso Matto :) followed by the full theme in its entirety. The GOING TO HAWAI side has also been recorded. This theme has a more '70s pop cum AOR - SSW sound with country fried rock rhythms and vocals over hip hop-esque drums / e-piano etc. Mood music from the cult movie, Emanuelle Nera 2 directed by Albert Thomas aka Bitto Albertini starring Shulamith Lasri / Dagmar Lassander / Angelo Infanti / Don Powell and Percy Hogan. Striking artwork sleeve with exotic nude film still of lead actress, Shulamith Lasri. For sure, one of the most desirable items from the numerous Emanuelle / Emmanuelle sex film related recordings. Vinyl is in shiny, strong VG++ condition with some hairlines / faint scuffs. Light surface noises. Some soft pops / soft ticks in places but mostly to the gentle intro of the "Going To Hawai" side (as you can hear on our soundclip). The soft card picture sleeve is in strong VG+ condition with general creasing from storage. Some dirt marks to back sleeve. Some corner and edge wear in places. A couple of mini tears to the open side. Rare OST 45!!!
