NOW ON TO A LONG RUN OF ROCK LPs OF VARIOUS STYLES - This is a 1970s ERA WARNER BROS. RECORDS U.S. LP titled 'Killer' from glam / shock rock pioneer Alice Cooper. It is Warner Bros. Records U.S. catalog number BS 2567, foldout cover with 1971 calendar intact and present.
The actual condition status of this LP is a bit difficult to pin down, so I have priced this LP as a used LP even though it may or may not in fact not be used - I obtained this LP with the original shrinkwrap with the original Korvette's price sticker still surrounding the cover as it currently does, with the shrinkwrap split along the entire length of the left side of the cover -- As the cover of this LP is a multi-gatefold that opens in three different directions, and the record is not accessible unless the cover is fully folded open, with the shrinkwrap still surrounding the cover it is impossible for me to determine whether or not the cover has ever been removed from the shrinkwrap and replaced into it, and it is also impossible to access and examine the record to determine whether or not the record has ever been removed from the cover, and if so what condition the record is in. The overall appearance of this album suggests that the shrinkwrap has probably never been removed and replaced, as the only areas of wear along the edges of the cover are on the edge where the shrinkwrap has been split and the cover has been exposed and on a couple of the corners where the shrinkwrap is also split, but again I cannot guarantee that the shrinkwrap has never been removed and replaced, or what the actual condition of the record might be, so it is being sold as a used LP. I was able to use a flashlight to look far enough inside the cover along the one open edge to determine that the 1971 calendar is indeed present and intact. Shrinkwrap also has one small split along the bottom edge.
