This is ALICE COOPER Pretties for You LP on Straight Records. First pressing of their first album from 1969. This has the original orange labels and is not a modern reissue. More details can be found on Discogs release [r637353]. Pressed at the Santa Maria pressing plant. This jacket is the uncensored version.
The COVER VG Has shelf wear. Front has some snowing, but no defined ring wear. The rear has some ring wear. H Edges have moderate wear. The top seam has a 1" split in the center. The lower seam at the opening has a 3/4" split. Inside the gatefold has light wear and a ! 1/2 split in the center. All in all, better than a lot of originals. No heavy corner bumps. No creases.. No writing or tape.
The VINYL G+ sight. Play graded VG to VG+. The vinyl, under a bright light, is covered in fine scratches and scuffs. None feelable. Upon playing on my $100 Audio Technica turntable, I was shocked that it could sound this good. I didn't hear any loud pops or repetitive ticking. No skips. Not even close. There is some noise but never overpowers the music. Mostly heard in between songs but sometimes not at all. This is a very rare record and not for audiophiles. This is a filler collection copy until a better one comes along.
The LABELS VG+ Excellent. No spindle hole wear. No writing.
The SLEEVES generic All records will be mailed in sturdy, recycled record specific mailer boxes with extra padding. Discs will be removed from jackets to eliminate splitting caused by transit shifting. I use USPS Media mail. I am happy to combine shipping. The first album is $3.99 and .50 for each after that for a box of 4 records. Lower 48 US states sales only, no international, sorry.
