Record WB GREEN LABEL is VG+ but test plays VG++/EX. Gate-fold cover is in VG++ condition. Cover has a little ring wear. slight edge on 1/2 of top edge, wear fray in one corner. Spine is nice and readable  One of the best covers I have come across. All inserts, attached cards, lyric insert, large bill all in great condition!
