Description

Prestige 7073, “All Night Long” with Don Byrd, Jerome Richardson, Kenny Burrell, Hank Mobley, Mal Waldron, Doug Watkins, and Art Taylor; from 1957. Original W. 50th St. vinyl plays almost at NM on Side A with very little background sound, and VG+ on Side B, where there are several light scratches causing light ticks on the first two tracks. Overall, it is a fairly well-preserved record. The heavy laminated jacket has strong seams all around with just a bit of laminate cracking on the bottom seam; there is a bit of corner wear, heavier on bottom right; the jacket back has the heavy age toning that is common in the Prestige 7000 series but is basically clean. Tracks are “All Night Long”, Flickers”, “Boo-Lu”, and “Li’l Hankie”. Shipping is $4.00 media mail, $8.00 priority mail within the continental U.S.; $18.00 regular airmail to the U.K., Europe, Japan, Korea, Australia, and New Zealand. Additional LPs in a single package are $1.00 additional within U.S. and Canada, $2.00 elsewhere. For overseas shipments, registered mail is strongly recommended at $11.75 extra. Many old records are practically antiques and should be treated that way. This LP will be packaged with the record inside an inner sleeve but outside the jacket; both are placed inside a sealed outer sleeve and shipped inside a special oversized handcrafted mailer with padding on all sides. It is designed thick enough not to be bent in transit and strong enough to withstand a drop from a second-story window. More than two LPs together may be mailed inside a heavy Bags Unlimited pizza-style box. Your LP should arrive in the same condition as on the day it was shipped. All used LPs are play-graded on a VPI turntable with Audioquest tonearm and Grado cartridge.
