This promo only album was pressed in small quantities and sent to Radio Stations ONLY in 1964 to promote Allan Sherman's current release "Peter & The Commissar", recorded with ARTHUR FIEDLER & THE BOSTON POPS ORCHESTRA. ThIs is an inter-active interview with "YOU" (the radio station DJ) and is broken into nine segments from 4:12 to 9:30 minutes long.
It includes a 25-page script and a letter from ALLAN SHERMAN himself that explains the purpose of the album.

This LP came from the collection of a free-lance writer who wrote liner notes and reviewed albums for many of the large New York labels - Columbia, RCA, Capital and their subsidiaries - from the mid 1950s through the late 1970s.
You may never find another copy of this incredibly rare LP, especially in this condition!!!
