Description

This is the original 1st Allman Brothers Band album released in 1969.  It is the CAPRICORN Record Series on Atco records #LP SD-33-308 This is the original US pressing and is one of the very first pressings.  It has the original yellow Atco label with "CAPRICORN RECORD SERIES" on the label I bought this album in NYC right after hearing the band for the first time on WNEW or WPLJ- back in the day... It has the thick cardboard cover and is just a joy to hold in your hands while listening to the record. Check out the 100+ original ATCO albums pictured on the inner sleeve - a music history lesson itself.

All the items I list are from my personal collection. Over the years I've acquired many music related pieces. The time has come to sell all the gems that I have acquired and kept in pristine condition over the years. Rather than keep these things unused in boxes or on shelves, I've realized that others could enjoy them and am offering them for sale.
