Here’s ItalianProg.com’s rave review for this amazing album: “Their only album, Alphataurus, is a masterpiece, so well-crafted and played that it seems impossible that's been made by a group of unknowns. The singer Bavaro has a very original voice, keyboard player Pietro Pellegrini plays with competence and no self-indulgence, guitar-playing of Guido Wasserman is well cared and the rhythm section of Oliva and Santandrea creates a powerful background.  The album includes five long compositions of which “Peccato d'orgoglio” and “La mente vola” are the best, the latter featuring a nice Moog intro and a stunning vibes solo.”  Originally released in 1973, this reissue was released in Japan on the Seven Seas/Magma label in 1983 and comes with the obi (paper band) and an insert.  As is almost always the case with the Japanese pressings from this time, the sound quality of the pressing is outstanding.  The cover is in M-- and the record is in M- condition.  (For more info on my grading system, click on the “me” icon above.)

In the U.S., postage would be about $4.82 for one LP sent by Media Mail.  Package insured upon request.  Winners outside of the U.S. will be notified of postal fees, but an approximate cost for one LP to many countries is $16.97 by airmail (but Canada and Mexico will be less than this for most single LP packages).  Yes, I do combine shipping so if you bid on and win more than one item, you WILL save on postage!  Note: I do not gouge on postage and packaging costs.  Record will be carefully packaged in a strong, oversized LP mailer.  If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.  E-mail: david.o@jjldj.com.
