• Rare to eBay (this being the only copy currently listed on UK pages !) & offered for Auction, this is a scarce Original 1st Press of Al' Mouzon's mid 70's 'Mind Transplant' (3rd release & citied as one of his best) on the classic US blue note label. Within its ranks the Drummer's band for this recording included the young session musician Lee Ritenour on Guitar, who would go on to have a successful solo career as a Jazz/Fusion artist in his own right. Also, the Legendary rock Guitarist Tommy Bolin was recruited, following his superb contribution to Billy Cobham's classic 'Spectrum' album during the same period ~ Utilising the accepted Record Collector magazine grading system, I would rate the Vinyl/disc as VG++ (ie: not quite Ex.) However, the Record Surface retains a nice overall 'sheen' with very minimal surface 'hairlines'. Playback is equally nice, with hardly any discernable 'surface noise'. An Original (blue note) plastic lined inner Sleeve is included, with moderate Discoloration, but, there is 4" Crease to one corner at the opening. The Main (outer) Sleeve I rate as G+ (ie: not quite VG) with shelf Wear to the Seams, though the photo's, artwork & text are in nice colourful & legible order ~ All in all then, a most desirable Record, for any Collector of the Jazz/Rock/Funk/Fusion genre ~ Bid with Full Confidence.......CHECK MY FEEDBACK !   Finally, this is a UK ONLY AUCTION & so please Don't inquire to the contrary, as I'm really NOT prepared to SHIP this, or any of my future listings, OVERSEAS ~ Further good quality/collectable Vinyl Listings to follow in the near future......'keep an eye out' !  Your interest in my Auction is most appreciated.   Good luck to all concerned.
