ALRUNES ROD Alrune Rod LP ORIGINAL DENMARK SONET 1969 Prog Psych

Very rare original first press on the all red Denmark Sonet label. Absolute 1969 psychedelic prog masterpiece

Cover is VG edge, corner, ring wear. Not bad! No splits! Vinyl is VG- Although record has a nice deep luster, it does have surface marks, scuffs & scratches on both sides. There are no deep feeler scratches so It comes nowhere close to skipping but it does play with noise on quieter passages & on fade in & fade outs. Side A no spindle marks & Side B has only 2 spindle marks but again it does have some issues. I rarely if ever list anything below VG+ but I took exception with this one particular album being that It is very hard to find on the original Denmark Sonet label. Best offers are welcome.

Surface noise will be evident upon playing in soft passages and during a song's intro and fade. No actual groove wear is noticeable. Still has a very nice sheen/luster but the light scuffs & scratches do affect the sound off and on in the quieter passages as mentioned above. Labels are NM. Side A has NO spindle marks at all. Side B only has 2 spindle marks. although it doesn't look like it was actually played often whoever owned it before me didn't treat it as well as I would've hoped Definitely a very worthy copy but not for the EX/NM collector.
