ALTON ELLIS - Sunday Coming (Bamboo BDLPS214) - LP - 1970

Very nicely presented original pressing of Alton Ellis' Sunday Coming LP, released in 1970 on the Bamboo label and produced by Coxsone Dodd. The vinyl retains a very good sheen with some light surface marks, some fine, light hairlines and a few very light scratches and scuffs - nothing significant - see descriptions below. Both sides play beautifully - check-out the soundclips.
A-side: There is only the tiniest hint of any background surface noise - hardly audible in fact - with some tiny and occasional very small pops and clicks plus just a couple of slightly more prominent ones. Grade - EX- up to EX-/EXB-side: There is only the tiniest hint of any background surface noise - hardly audible in fact - with some tiny and very small pops and clicks, a few slightly more prominent ones at the start and three moderate ones. Grade - VG+/VG++ up to EX-/EX.
Labels: There is a little writing in biro on both labels (see scan).
Sleeve: There is a 10cm split to the spine which has been sellotaped neatly from the inside, smallish to moderate wear to the edges, bumping and wear to the corners, fraying and creasing to the opening edge, a few light scuffs and stains plus general discolouration to the white areas of the front and back (see scan).
