Description

ADVANCED WORKERS WITH THE ANTI-IMPERIALIST SINGERS : "You Was Dancin Need To Be Marchin So You Can Dance Some More Later On" b/w "Better Red Let Others Be Dead" 45rpm 7" Single (Peoples War [USA] JPU-1001) 1976.

Side A ("You Was Dancin") is VG+ with superficial light marks only. Plays fine with no problems. Side B ("Better Red") is VG- with some rough looking marks, causing audible pops once per revolution for about half the track, but no sticks or skips. The music is pretty loud so the noise isn't overwhelming, but it's definitely noticeable. No picture sleeve (it was not issued with one).

Rough original copy of this rare funk 45 by American poet/activist Amiri Baraka (a.k.a. LeRoi Jones) along with an uncredited funk band, apparently featuring members of Parliament/Funkadelic.
