AMITY (SELF TITLED)
MASSIVELY RARE Private Folk LP. Amity’s first and only album unfortunately failed to set the world on fire on release although it is difficult to see why not as this album features some really great innovative folk rock styling’s with the bands core members (Colin Webb, Judy Webb and Dave Jeffrey) joined by fiddle player extraordinaire Mike Piggott.
YEAR: 1976
COUNTRY: UK
LABEL: RED RAG
CATALOGUE NUMBER: R001
GRADING
SLEEVE: EX
The sleeve is in fantastic condition with no defects no note save for a slight red smudge to the rear and a small patch of discolouration to the top of the front of the sleeve.
RECORD: EX
A few very fine paper scuffs and can be seen under bright light. The record plays through with no repetitive clicks or pops (and, of course, with no skips or jumps). Some very light crackle at a couple of points.
The above record grading is based on Record Collector magazine system:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
IF YOU DISAGREE WITH MY GRADING (Which is hope is very unlikely) PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE LEAVING FEEDBACK.
Records shipped in dedicated record mailer with stiffener.
Postage costs (Please contact for specific country if not listed):
U.K - £4.20
US - £8.60
Europe - £5.20
Rest of the world - £8.60
I calculate postage using the Royal mail postage calculator. I charge an extra 50p for packing materials as i buy specialist record mailers and stiffeners. Sometimes records cost less to mail than i expect. In these cases i try to refund the difference. However, as I mail a number of records at one time i occasionally lose track of who paid what postage for which record. RATHER THAN LEAVING LESS THAN 5 STAR FEEDBACK, IF YOU HAVE BEEN OVERCHARGED FOR POSTAGE PLEASE CONTACT ME AND I WILL IMMEDIATELY REFUND YOU THE DIFFERENCE.
NO QUIBBLE FULL MONEY BACK GAUARANTEE IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE!
