Purchased this RARE vinyl as a collectible for my own personal collection over 20 years ago. 
Played the record to make sure that there were no skips and there weren’t. Unguarded album sleeve has light handling wear and some creasing, including in the upper right corner, and there is some seam splitting on the top (see photos #11,12 & 13), otherwise it is in very good condition. The inner sleeve has some handling wear and is in very good condition. The outer sleeve has some handling wear, light creasing and some slight discoloration on the backside (see photo #2), otherwise it is in very good condition. Poster has some light handling wear, otherwise it is in very good condition. Please see photos for best description.
