WILD MAN FISCHER
AN EVENING WITH WILD MAN FISCHER
Original UK double album on Reprise (cat. no. RSLP 6332).
Recorded in the street, produced by Frank Zappa and engineered in Hollywood, this is one of the most bizarre records ever released at a time when weirdness was everywhere. Larry had mental health issues from an early age but survived until he passed away in June this year. The copyright is owned by Zappa's estate and so far hasn't been released officially on CD.
The condition of the vinyl is very good - there's some surface marks but nothing serious. The gatefold sleeve has a degree of scuffing round the edges and a minor split at the top fold-over. There is a bit of creasing and the spine, although readable, could be better.
