Description

Andrew Leigh was bass player and sung harmonies with Matthews Southern Comfort, Iain Matthews’ band. Leigh appeared on the two ‘band’ albums, ‘Second Spring’ and ‘Later That Same Year’. He was also in the line up for Spooky Tooth

Extremely Rare 1st UK Pressing of classic Andrew Leigh LP from 1970 ....Magician on Polydor 2343-034 labels with A//1 and B//1 Matrices and in superb condition.....Anyone who knows early Prog/Psych Rock will also know about the rarity of this record.....

Heavy Vinyl in superb condition with minimal light hairlines/scuffs  ....It have been recently played and I can report there is slight background noise on run ins and virtually silent between tracks ......plays superbly all the way through with no skips, sticks or jumps ..........terrific clear and wonderful sound from this quality UK pressing....

The original and rare E J Day Group Matt cover has the remains of a sticker and a tear where removal was attempted front central appx 2 inches X 2 inches....see pic...... light wear/scuffing to corners , edges , and opening .......spine is worn and only 10% legible .....no writing anywhere....

Recorded by Sire and manufactured by Polydor 2343-034 labels in superb virtually excellent condition with A//1 420 and B//1 4201 matrices in runouts hopefully indicating very rare 1st UK Pressing.....in excellent audio condition...
