Original US Pressing from the 60's
This Rare Art Cover has been designed by Andy Warhol in collaboration with Reid Miles.
The Cover was hand written by Andy Warhol's mother.
They also released together the Cover of Story of Moondog (Prestige records # 7099 from 1958).
Referenced in Andy Warhol, The Record Covers 1949-1987,
catalogue raisonné, by Paul Maréchal, n°8 (see pictures).
Prestige records label with fireworks and 203 South Washington Ave, Bergenfield, NJ Adress on the label,
Deep Groove Pressing and RVG (Rudy Van Gelder) clearly stamped or hand-etched in the trail-off vinyl (dead wax).
The Cover is Excellent Minus, light aging wear but No splits.
The Record is Very Good Plus.
