On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Animals called "Animalisms" and is an INCREDIBLY rare 1966 UK MONO 1st pressing!!! THIS LP IS ONE OF THE RAREST ANIMALS LPS AND VERY HARD TO FIND!!!! THIS IS THE 1966 1ST PRESSING WITH A 1ST PRESS FLIPBACK SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS UNBOXED 'RIDGED' DECCA LABEL!!!! THE LP ALSO HAS THE EARLIEST 1ST PRESS 'HANDLING/PLAYING' INNER SLEEVE, AND 1/A 1/A MATRIX ENDINGS - SHOWING THAT THIS IS ONE OF THE VERY EARLIEST 1ST PRESSINGS!!!! THIS IS ONE OF THE VERY RAREST ANIMALS LPS TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is an ORIGINAL 1966 Decca MONO 1st Pressing, and is in GREAT condition!!!! The Cat. No is LK 4797 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press UNBOXED 'Ridged' Decca label (see picture) and is a MONO 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are Pure quality Animals at their best!!!! Any fan of Animals, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection - especially in this condition!!!!
The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing and only a few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in GREAT condition!!!! Most of these LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, 2 tiny marks, 2 or 3 light NON sounding hairlines, 3 small NON sounding scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is also great to find that the playing of the record is as STUNNING as the visual!!!! It plays with only a VERY few clicks/pops, NO jumps, NO sticks, and NO crackle!!!! The record must grade Very Good+ if not better!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Handling/Playing' inner sleeve which is in STUNNING condition!!!! The 1st Press FLIPBACK Cover is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear, only a VERY few light creases, and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated back is in BRILLIANT condition with NO grubbyness, NO yellowing, a couple of BARELY VISIBLE small stains (virtually 100% transparent - and VERY hard to see), and NO writing!!!! The cover must grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!! THIS IS ONE OF THE RAREST ANIMALS LPS AND VERY HARD TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT!!!!
