Condition of the Records: 5 of the 6 sides are MINT- / pretty much as close to MINT as possible. 1 of the 6 sides is NEAR MINT with one EXTREMELY LIGHT, NON-AUDIBLE Sleeve Mark. BOOKLET as shown is included.
The BOX is in VG+ to VG++ condition (has one very short torn spot in the middle of one edge on the lid. The CORNERS are in great condition (NO SPLITTING)
