Apparatjik is a supergroup that consists of bassist Guy Berryman from Coldplay, guitarist/keyboardist Magne Furuholmen from
a-ha, singer/guitarist Jonas Bjerre of Mew and producer Martin Terefe.
Originally the "We are here" LPs by Apparatjik were only sold through outlands.com. The total qty of albums was 200 as they
were distributed in the socalled Bolshevik Boxes containing one individual original APPARATJIK art print have been produced
at Atelje Larsen in Helsingborg + CD "We are here" and DVD "You are there". All the prints were signed and numbered by all 4
artists collectively. With 8 prints made limited to an edition of 25 of each print the total is accounted for.
In addition to the Bolshevik Boxes vinyl pressings, an additional amount of the LP on clear YELLOW were manufactured for
sales through other channels incl. web and a select few Oslo-based record vendors.
The first pressing was by mistake made on clear RED vinyl with the correct label. Only 20 of those were saved, the rest were destroyed. This is one of the 20 excisting, so now you got the chance to get a real rare record.
To make these additional releases special, they come with a poster printed exclusively for this release. Whilst vinyl
distributed with the Bolshevik Boxes contained RED vinyl with black, white and red labels and only comes in a plain
white innersleeve, this limited edition are on yellow vinyl with different label and normal cover. It is only made 260
copies of the yellow vinyl.
