I believe this is a song about Charles Lindbergh. The copyright date on the record is 1927, the year of his historic flight. The name "Lindy" is sung in English, also the lyrics include "Uncle Sam", also sung in English.
This record is two sided, with two versions of the same song, the 968 side is the slower version.
