We always strictly grade our records using the Record Collector Standard.
There are no visible surface marks on the disc.
I have no hesitation in grading this disc as EX+ to both sides.
The cover shows some very light ring wear and age discolouration to the reverse, which I grade as VG.
The photographs displayed in this listing were all taken by myself. They are all taken of the item listed here.

Condition gradings:
M - Mint - In perfect/As new condition
EX - Excellent - Sleeve and vinyl is used and shows only very minor (if any) signs of wear.
VG - Very Good - Sleeve will have obvious signs of wear/damage. Vinyl will have obvious signs of wear but will play with no major faults (although there may be some surface noise).
G - Good - Sleeve will have significant wear/damage. Vinyl will have a fair amount of surface damage however it will play with no sticks or jumps but will have significant surface noise
F - Fair - Sleeve will be badly damaged. Vinyl will have significant damage and may play with surface noise and may jump/stick etc.
+ & - may be used if an item is between standard gradings.
