Description

Studio P/R 12-inch 33 RPM LP # R-772 is "Jazz" by the Arizona State University Jazz Ensemble. It is stereo and undated, and it comes with a 28-page booklet. Based in Lebanon, Indiana, Studio P/R was apparently in the business of music education, and part of the booklet's purpose was to sell the company's other products, including books, sheet music and sound recordings. It is an ex-library copy, so please read the description carefully.
The record looks to be visually in about VG+ condition, still beautifully shiny, and very little visible surface wear of any significance. It plays through well on my Audio-Technica turntable, with no skips or jumps, and mostly just lightly audible background noise, but some scattered pops and clicks and ticking. Because of variations in tracking ability, filtering technology and needle weights, I can offer no guarantees as to how well it will play on your equipment. 
Being an ex-library copy, the cover is the gatefold style clear plastic sleeve shown in the pictures, with an after-market inner sleeve bound in. I'm not sure what the original cover looked like, but I suspect that this isn't it, and even if it is, it's been cut in half at the spine. The graphics on our "front cover" seem to be handwritten on a piece of corrugated cardboard, and the "back cover" is a plain gray cardboard stiffener. The whole thing opens up like a book, so I've taken pictures at each turn of the page, so you can see the locations of the various stickers and card pocket. There is also a sticker on the Side Two label.
