Description

This is an auction for a very rare souvenir 78 rpm record,  Arsenal v Newcastle, cup final 1932.

This was released by Regal, Columbia Graphaphone records in 1932 and has catalogue number MR546. This was made in London, England. Please check the pictures for clarification.

Condition: The shellac appears very clean for its age. Some dirt/dust spots can be seen under a strong light and numerous feather or light scratches can also be seen. I can't feel any of the scratches with my finger and they certainly appear to be superficial only. I don't have anything to test play this but judging by its appearance I am certain it will play fine and as clear as it gets for a 78. There are no chips or cracks, the labels are clean and show little more than a few spindle trails.

I will of course offer a full mony back guarantee on this item if it plays worse than it appears, but I suspect this really belongs in a frame with possibly the programme from the final. Not sure what the score was?

This also comes with a Columbia sleeve which has a pencil mark in the top left corner but is otherwise fine. Unsure if it is the original?

Postage, this will be sent in a box in a box as it is very fragile.
