Up for bids is an original stereo Jazz LP by Art Blakey and The Afro-Drum Ensemble called "The African Beat". Blue Note Records. BST 84097. 1962. 
ORIGINAL PRESSING! 
"BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC • NEW YORK USA" ADDRESS ON BOTH LABELS. Probably pressed between 1962 to 1964.
Both sides' Trail-Off's have stamped "VAN GELDER"!

Both sides' Trail-Off's also have the Plastylite Ear!

"?" SYMBOL AT THE BOTTOM OF BOTH LABELS.
Front of cover is laminated. 
"43 West 61st St., New York 23" ADDRESS, BOTTOM-CENTER, ON BACK OF COVER.
Comes with original Blue Note Records inner sleeve in VG++ condition. 
NOTE: The grades I use are Mint (rarely used grade), Near Mint, VG+++ (rarely used grade), VG++, VG+, VG, VG Minus, Good+, Good, Fair and Poor.
Cover is in VG+ to VG++ condition. Front looks gorgeous with some minor wear and a small tear by the top-right corner. Back of cover also has some wear. No splits! Spine is completely intact. Cover has a slight curve to it. A real shining example of this cover!
I would rate the record’s condition as VG++ to Near Mint. Record sounds amazing on my player! GOD BLESS BLUE NOTE & RUDY VAN GELDER!
