ART PEPPER "MODERN ART" LP - On SCORE Records, SLP 4030. Extremely rare 1958 MONO 12" LP, double sided DEEP GROOVE with the 1st press maroon label with silver lettering. Thick vinyl, thick cardboard cover. The personnel: Art Pepper/alto saxophone; Russ Freeman/piano; Ben Tucker/bass; Chuck Flores/drums. The cover is in superb shape: bright & clean, displays wonderfully. There are NO seam splits, NO writing, NO cut-out marks, and the front cover graphics are particularly striking. The vinyl is in excellent condition (beautiful gloss, some light sleeve marks). The songs are: Blues In; Bewitched; When You're Smiling; Cool Bunny; Dianne's Dilemma; Stompin' At The Savoy; What Is This Thing Called Love; Blues Out.***Crisp original rice paper inner sleeve included!***
