Description

Notes: This tape is in quite nice condition. Note, this is one of those early reel to reel tapes that does not have a label. That was pretty common back then. This is guaranteed to not be a home recorded tape.

Reel Condition: I have 100 percent play tested (not spot tested) this tape. There are no splices and no dropouts or noisy spots. The reel and label are quite clean. Scans don't show how nice the labels are.
Box Condition: Box outside is decent, no broken corners. The hinge was broken but I have repaired it with a new white paper hinge. The front artwork is a 9 with very little wear but there is some label bubbling. The box rear is rated at 8 with a some soiling and wear. The corners of the box do not have wear. The original split hinge is very visible from the outside of the box. The inside of the box is quite aged / yellowed.
Leader: Leader tape (3M timing) was been added.
Packaging: The leader end is secured with a piece of foam to keep the tape from unwinding during storage and shipment. The tape will be inside of a new plastic bag and the box will be in a separate bag. Foam inserts will be placed around the reel in the reel box corners to prevent the reel from rattling around in the box during shipment.
