Description

Here is a boxed set of Beethoven's 32 Sonatas for the piano performed by Arthur Schnabel and issued with Schnabel's scholarly and authoritative 2 volumes of the written scores. This was issued by the Beethoven Society in conjunction with RCA and carries catalog #LPM 9500.

The 13 LPs are NM and frankly look unplayed. The books of piano music are also NM. There is a 6 page booklet that describes the contents of the box and it is NM-/VG+ with just signs of light handling. The only flaws at all with the set are the outer box. The main flaw is that half of the two-piece rounded dowel spine piece has come unglued (which is certainly understandable given that is been around since the mid 1950s!). There are also 2 original "staples" that look to have been used keep it in place. I am not going to attempt to "fix" or repair it because I don't have the skill set and I don't want to ruin it. I find the flaw to be a minor bother when compared to the pristine nature of the contents of the box.
Please understand how heavy this set is.....and I will package it accordingly. Unfortunately, that just means that shipping will be prohibitively expensive to anywhere outside of the US (please see eBay's shipping calculator for cost to your address).
