SUMMARY

RARE PSYCHEDELIC ALBUM FROM 'SUPERNATURAL FAIRY TALE'. R.R.C GRADINGS;

OUTER SLEEVE

FRONT

Excellent +

The laminated outer sleeve has maintained the albums eyecatching front cover.   There is some slight creasing along the spine and on the opposite side where the record enters the sleeve.  However, the cover is unique in its design and is one of the most striking vinyl album covers around today.

BACK

Excellent +

There is some creasing on the corners on the back cover.   Apart from this the laminated cover has kept the photo of the band in excellent condition.

LABEL

Very good +

On both sides there are marks around the hole  where the spindle has rubbed against the label.

VINYL

Very good -

There is some minor markings on both sides of the vinyl.   Also on side one, across the second half of 'Whats that sound' and the first few milimetres of 'African thing' there is a scratch.   On side two there is a mark across the first two tracks 'Love is real' and Come on up'.

AUDIO QUALITY

Very good -

This album has been well played.   There is some background popping throughout the album.   There is also some slight ticking on the tracks mentioned above.  However these issues do not spoil the musical experience of this psychedelic album.

Introduction        * BE SURE TO ADD ME TO YOUR favorites list

Dear collector my name is Sam Barraclough and I have undertaken the task of selling my father’s extensive record collection. He has amassed a considerable and varied vinyl collection of albums and singles during his time as a DJ and critic, with many rare and items included.  In addition to the known rare records there are many demo and promotional items, which were not available for general purchase.

I have a data-based collection using the Rare Record Price Guides' grading scale (If you are unaware of this grading system please don’t hesitate to contact me and I will reply as soon as possible with the guides description). As you can see in the description there is a grading given for Vinyl and Audio Quality. This is necessary because a record may seem poor quality when viewed, but when played the Audio Quality is often excellent.  Conversely the Vinyl quality may seem excellent but when played the Audio Quality can be quite poor.

The chronology of the collection stretches from the early 1960s to the early 1980s with a concentration of British Beat, Rock, Punk and Mod - but I will only be selling those records that I value at £18(€27) or over If you have any questions concerning this item or wish to enquire about my record collection please contact me by asking a question via ebay or email: sambarraclough@gmail.com. I aim to reply within 24 hours where possible.

 Refunds

I will offer a full refund (minus postage) to the winning bidder if you find that  any of the gradings (Outer Sleeve, Label, Vinyl or Audio Quality) given in the listing do not match the description of Rare Record Collector grading system. If you are dissatisfied, please notify me within 48 hours of receipt that you are unhappy with the record and are returning the album.

 Postage

I offer a choice of Royal Mail 1st Class Post, Royal Mail 2nd Class and Royal Mail Airmail for dispatch of your item.  Please select your preferred method of dispatch when paying for your item by using the “Pay now” link.  For all services I will obtain proof of postage which insures the record up to a value of £32 for lost or damaged items.  If additional insurance is desired, buyers should contact me after purchasing the item.

-          All records are securely packaged in thick plastic protectors inside a record mailer, with stiffeners for extra protection in transit.

-         All records are cleaned with a professional vinyl record cleaning liquid before dispatch.

Those who wish to purchase more than one record (up to a batch of three) will receive postage reductions, which are shown in the tables below -

* When a combination of singles and LPs are won a fair postage calculation will be made

* When a double LP is won, the item is obviously heavier and is a further £1 on top of the regular postage cost (shown below)
