Here's the deal: I am relisting this record after my buyer returned it, having found the needle getting

stuck in some tracks. I originally purchased the record from ATAL's merchandise website. I never

played it so the defects were unknown to me. Now that I have the record back, when you place the

disc on the turntable, you see the tonearm fluttering (left/right movement) as the record spins.

I don't know anyone else with this record but I can't imagine this is the only one that has this problem.

Maybe it could have been the storage at ATAL's site because their mail packaging was substandard also.

Who mails a record in a bubble envelope with no cardboard support?

I have played both sides and here's the story:

Side 1, track 1 gets stuck midway.

The rest of side 1 plays fine.

Side 2, track 1 gets stuck just like side 1, track 1.

All other tracks on side 2 play fine except for last track where needle gets stuck half-way through.

This is how it played on my Pro-Ject Debut III turntable. Your player may track differently.

Also, if you listen with headphones, this pressing has noise in the quiet passages which I have

found can be prevalent in records that are not made of black vinyl.

But I am still listing the record AS IS/NO RETURNS ACCEPTED, at a much reduced price,

because it still is a heckuva cool looking record that is rare and still desirable to ATAL collectors.

And the majority of the tracks still play.

Here is the great and rare self-titled 2nd LP recording from AS TALL AS LIONS.

Triple Crown Records. Recorded in 2006.  Mike Watts and Steve Haigler

produced, engineered, and mixed this recording.

This the rare 2nd pressing on pink vinyl, limited to 250 copies.

It was never sealed. Inner sleeve has 2-inch split on upper seam.

Jacket is VG/VG+ condition as it was mailed improperly so

there are a few creases as the shipper included no cardboard to stiffen the mailer.

From what I read, this was a common unfortunate occurrence for this pressing.
