BEETHOVEN FIFTH SYMPHONY, "LEONORE" OVERTURE No.3.

ANDRE CLUYTENS CONDUCTING THE BERLIN PHILHARMONIC ORCHESTRA.

HIS MASTER'S VOICE ASD 267, WHITE/GOLD LABEL. STEREO.

 

This is from another batch of classical records donated from a single collection to a local hospice which I am selling on their behalf. Because this collection is smaller than the first one I sold, I am able to listen to each record in its entirety to determine condition. Listening is done on a highly revealing Roksan Xerxes/Artemiz/Shiraz front end. This record seemed to last forever so I have invented a word for it, "SYMPHINITY". Side one has some very minor background noise to the quiet intro including a few faint clicks early on - the rest of the side is EX+. Side two also has some very minor background noise to the quiet opening and the rest of the side again comfortably achieves an excellent+ rating.

The flipback cover and original inner sleeve are near mint. Don't miss my other listings of high quality classical LPs, including WBG Deccas and SAX blue/silver labels.
