ASPHYX - Necroceros LP (BLACK Vinyl),12''LP NEW, Old School Death Metal, GRAVE
Old School Death Metal Release Date:Limited Edition:
Special: Limited Edition 22,99 EUR inkl. MwSt. Artikelbeschreibung Weitere Hinweise
Of course ASPHYX stand for a total demolition in terms of old school Death Metal with their 10th studio full lenght album ''Necroceros"! Musically, there is no need to create unnecessary tension, not much has changed. ''Necroceros" still stands for excelent Death/Doom Metal of the grinding kind, garnished with the sick creaking from the throat of the greyish singer. And, of course, Mr. van Drunen again presents a veritable firework of topics in his lyrics, from war, to templars, famine and brutal fantasy creatures, to side effects after cosmetic surgery, everything the more intelligent Death Metaller's heart desires is there. The riffs again all come from the wrist of guitarist Paul Baayens, and that gives the 10 tracks a more than solid foundation. The rest is clear anyway, sound and artwork great, only one thing is different as usual ''Necroceros'' was recorded in the same line-up as the predecessor ''Incoming Death'' an absolute novelty for the band from Oldenzaal. The limited black 180g vinyl edition comes with a large double-sided A2 poster and extra lyricsheet.
