Description
This auction is for an original 1965 Mono LP pressing of this album. It was sealed but the item was slightly shopworn with the shrink coming off on the corners and the back was yellowing. I opted to open it to verify the condition of the record and make sure the shrink wasn't stuck to the cover (it wasn't). For proof of it being sealed see the 7 bottom pics that I took with the shrink-wrap still on. The bottom right of the cover has a small corner bump, the left bottom corner has some edge damage (see pic #6) and there is also a tiny corner bump upper right. No splits in the cover or in the Verve inner sleeve. LP could be shifted a tiny bit in the cover when it was sealed and over the years this caused some light inaudible scuffing on the record. I did clean the record to make sure that what I was seeing were scuffs (and they are). However, with all this in mind I would give the LP an EX condition visually due to the light scuffs, but I did play test it and it plays closer to NM. Very dynamic sound and quiet vinyl except for just a few rando light pops on side 2. The matrix numbers on the inner groove are "V-8608, 65-VG-104/105, S-1/2" and "VAN GELDER" machine stamped on both sides. The LP is nice and flat. As always, you're guaranteed to be pleased with your purchase. Will ship well-packed in a whiplash mailer. Buyers are responsible for any duties or fees charged by your country including VAT.
Please make sure your eBay mailing address is correct! Items cannot be sent to a third party or a different address than your eBay address. Everything is professionally packed with appropriate mailers; LPs are sent outside of their covers (unless they are still sealed) and posters will be shipped rolled in tubes unless stated otherwise. I will combine items if possible
