Recently I had received a negative feedback from a buyer and he is not the first time bought items from my eBay site you can see it on my feedback. Again, buyer request 40% deduction from his winning price, if I agree then he will keep the record. Why he still want to keep the record if it has many scratches with many tics as mention on my feedback? Meaning that, this was not true he trying to ask for deduction in order to reduce his final winning price he paid.

This was unreasonable request I refuse and ask to return the record and I will offer full refund to him, at the end I received a negative feedback.

Beware of this buyer, he will trying to ask some unreasonable request once he got the item and trying to reduce the price he won. If you compromise then you will get a good feedback, but if you are not compromise on his request then you might be facing the same problem like me.

Return Policy:

Please email me immediately to see how we can resolve the issue. If we cannot fix the problem, refunds will be made after the Item is returned and must be the same item in the same condition as sent. Returns must be received within 14 days after buyer receipt the record. The refund will be in the same payment form as received. Shipping and handling is not refundable.

Visually Grading as follow :

M : A near perfect, probably unplayed record.

NM : Record has been handled and played infrequently or very carefully. Only well cared records will grade NM. It will satisfy all but the most demanding collector.

NM- : Very clean, there may be light paper scuffs from sliding in and out of a sleeve, very light surface marks and slight signs of wear, which will not distract significantly from the sound. Cover also has only slight wear, and is still in nice collectible condition.

VG++ : Record surface may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches/hairlines that do not affect the overall listening experience.

VG+ : A used, reasonable copy. There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility of light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still quite nice.

VG : Significant wear and marks and usually quite noticeable surface noise.
