Up for bids:
Janis Joplin "Pearl" LP (CBS/ SONY/ JAPAN 25AP 1245).
This is a Japanese Import Audiophile LP with OBI strip from the exclusive--
--*ROCK BEST 100* Series.
Comes with original inner sleeve plus two inserts:
CBS/SONY Japan LP catalog insert as well as a lyrics insert in English & Japanese.
It is a vintage original pressing from the early 1980's!
Japanese Audiophile Import LP's are well known for their superior sound.
They are mastered from the original master tapes and pressed on high quality vinyl.
There are far fewer produced then their U.S. counterparts - quality over quantity.
So not only is the sound stunning, but they are also limited-run collectibles.
I purchased this album new when it was first released. I carefully played it only once
(on a quality turntable) to transfer to cassette.
It has been properly / vertically stored in our smoke free home ever since - over 30 years!
**Because it was properly stored all these years, cover/jacket has no ring wear and no seam splits.
Condition:
Vinyl: M- > LP is pristine!
Jacket: NM
OBI Strip: NM
**A super nice copy!**
This is a rare opportunity to purchase an Audiophile album that is
an original pressing, long out of print and over 30 years old --- yet--
is in "like new" condition!
Get it while you can!
