RECORDS ARE IN M- CONDITION
BOX IN EXCELLENT CONDITION Nice corners, solid latch--very nice. Sleeves are M- with sleeve 2 having a slight pinch on spine. Book is in nice shape with a few light creases on outer white cover--no rips or tears. Nothing major but wanted to point it out. Overall an excellent example of this high quality rarity.
