Title: Cantate Domino

Swedish pressing from 1980 on PROPRIUS, PROP 7762. Recorded in 1976 at the Oscarchurch in Stockholm, Sweden, by SOUND WORKSHOP Bertil Alvig. Contains the original 2 recordsized fold-out inserts, each has 4 pages, one is in Swedisch and one is in English. They contain the complete lyrics plus lots of infos about the tracks and their performers.

Line-up: Marianne Mellnäs/soprano – Alf Linder/organ – Oscars Motett Choir led by Torsten Nilsson.

Considered by most high-end aficionados to be perhaps the finest choral recording ever made, a true audiophile masterpiece and rightfully on the TAS-list. Supreme high-fidelity, highly recommended ! Condition: the record looks mint-- and plays in mint- all the time. The cover has intact seams/spine with slightest rub in a few spots/one corner, front & back are fine with just slight shelfwear, overall ex. One of the inserts has a slightly bended upper right corner but is otherwise fine, ex. The other insert is in mint-.

Grading & Cleaning:

• the record has been cleaned on my professional HANNL record cleaning machine

• after that I playgraded it (completely or at least in parts) on my Rega Planar 9, Moving Coil cartridge by EINSTEIN:TU-3 Super Fine Line ( please consider that the playback might differ a bit depending on your own equipment )

• I also visually graded the record under a strong light

• only an unplayed record is mint, the highest grading for a used record is mint- ! My basic gradings are: mint – ex – vg.

• cleaned records are stored in a new deluxe innersleeve and they are placed in a new PVC protection-sleeve !
